SHIPPING AND ORDERS

Standard Delivery * Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from purchase. On receipt of your order, please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery.

Express Delivery * Express orders will be shipped within 24 hours via Royal mail next day delivery. 

Once your order is shipped you'll receive an e-mail confirming your tracking information.

International Delivery * We use royal mail for our International Shipping service, who then hand the item to the national mail equivalent in your country for delivery. 

Most international deliveries arrive within 10-14 working days, please bear in mind any custom delays are out of our control.

Kindly note that international orders can incur custom fees levied by your destination, which are the recipients responsibility to pay.

*Kinspire makes all the efforts to ensure prompt delivery on your orders some shipments may be delayed due to the current global crisis.

Please ensure all details are correct prior to placing your order, as once an order has been placed details cannot be amended. 

Returns will be accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery of your item. Please contact our customer service team at hello@kinspire.co.uk to initiate a returns stating your reason.

*This excludes books* Books purchased are final sale and non refundable.

Requests initiated after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Funds will not be returned to your account until the product is received at our facility and found to be in new, unused condition, and in original packaging. Any item received that is not in new condition will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item back to them if they choose to keep it.

At Kinspire we take great pride in our presentation so every order is lovingly selected and thoroughly inspected prior to packing and shipping, however if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please make sure to include this information in your message to our customer service team at hello@kinspire.co.uk.

Kinspire is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit. If you checked out using an express or international service we will do our best to assist you in resolving your case with Royal Mail.
